Warranty Terms

5-Year Product Warranty: Security doors, windows, and motorised components.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers installation defects.
Battery Warranty: 1 year for motorised products.
Warranty void if damage results from misuse, unauthorised modifications, or extreme weather events.
Call-Out Fees: Apply after the workmanship warranty period.

Payments

50% deposit required to confirm orders.
50% balance due on installation day.
